Upcoming Construction Activity – Kirra Point Precinct

Ridge Properties, the developer behind Miles Residences and the Kirra Point precinct, has commenced the second and final stage of the Kirra Point lifestyle precinct. As part of early works, activities are underway to relocate underground power lines surrounding the site and to commence piling and retention works to create the project's basement. The sewer diversion will also be complete in this phase. These ground works are expected to continue through all of 2026, with building works anticipated to kick off later this year or in Q1 2027.
