Kirra LaneWhere the day wanders through
Coming to Kirra Point in 2029, Kirra Lane will assemble an eclectic run of food, wellness and retail traders, each offering something worth leaving the sand for.
Sun-dappled storefronts and pockets of shade have been shaped around local rituals by Little Boat Projects, the architects behind Brisbane’s Howard Smith Wharves, with room for a few new ones to form.

In good company, down the lane
Developed by KTQ Group, the team behind Kirra Point and Byron Bay's award-winning Elements of Byron, Kirra Lane will connect residents, hotel guests, holidaymakers and locals in the heart of Kirra Beach.
From established favourites to emerging concepts, we invite hospitality and lifestyle traders with their own character and ideas to register their interest.
