Now, two new and exciting drinking and dining destinations at Kirra Point are set to become major draw cards for both tourists and locals. Two venues, two vibes, both designed to reflect and enhance Kirra’s enviable coastal lifestyle. The Kirra Beach Hotel is a classic Australian pub, reinvented. Holding the corner position on Marine Parade and Miles Street and just a few steps from the glistening sand of Kirra Beach, the bright, breezy and beautifully designed Kirra Beach Hotel will be a community hub, a friendly, no-fuss favourite, boasting a vast sun-drenched beer garden where guests can relax and unwind. Comfort is the priority, a cold beer, an icy white wine, a cool breeze, a crunchy schnitzel or fresh and salty fish and chips. The interiors are in neutral tones, washed and bleached, terracotta tiles and polished concrete floors, with soaring five metre ceilings and wide-open windows, floodlit with golden sunshine. A bustling Public Bar, Sports Bar and two boutique bottle shops. The casual, coastal pub experience that all of Australia knows and loves, elevated and perfected at Kirra Point.

Kirra Beach House is located above the hotel, a magnificent, two and half thousand sqm2 with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean from every vantage point of the venue, a superb wining and dining oasis featuring glamourous outdoor cabanas, intimate wine and cocktail bars and beautifully styled event spaces. The terrace is the ultimate spot to watch the world (and the whales) drift by, grazing on a delectable Mediterranean share-style menu, designed by Executive Chef, Sebbie Kenyon, with a mixture of classic, and inventive snacks, raw and cooked seafood platters, delicious flatbreads and pizzas straight from the wood fire clay oven. The venue is open day and night, serving share steaks from Rangers Valley with bone marrow and pepper sauce, lobsters and Moreton Bay bugs in smoked butter, and succulent market fish of the day with coastal salsa. Raw from the live tank, dine on yellow fin tuna and gold band snapper, or go for the best cheeseburger and pickles and hand cut chips on the coast, with peanut brittle and banana brulé to finish. The Southern Gold Coast had previously lacked a truly premium event location and Kirra Beach House has delivered, with extraordinary finesse. The stunning interior décor, the finishes, the attention to detail are all an ode to coastal living, stylish, yet quietly understated. The vast, cleverly conceived space can be discreetly sectioned off to accommodate weddings, parties, launches and galas of any size, from a formal seated dinner with dancing, a chic BBQ lunch with friends on the terrace or a clink of celebratory champagne glasses in Prestons’ Bar at sunset. The beauty of Kirra has been undiscovered by many, and Kirra Beach House is now a glorious showcase for Kirra Point, ready to host locals, and visitors, both Australian and international.
