Upcoming Construction Activity – Kirra Point Precinct

Ridge Properties, the developer behind Miles Residences and the Kirra Point precinct, is preparing to commence the second and final stage of the Kirra Point lifestyle precinct. As part of early works, activities are underway to underground power lines surrounding the site and to remediate specific areas in preparation for future construction. In addition, demolition and removal of the existing dwelling at 119 Musgrave Street will take place as part of this phase. While construction timeframes are still being finalised, works to begin the three-level basement are expected to commence around Q3/Q4 2025. This phase will include piling and retention works, sewer diversion, and bulk earthworks, which are anticipated to continue through to mid-2026.
