Check-out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in is not guaranteed, as rooms are unlikely to be available prior to 3:00 PM. If you arrive early, luggage storage can be arranged.
Access to the pool is available until 10:00 AM on your day of departure. Minimum check-in age is 18 years. Children are welcome when using existing bedding.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival.
For non-refundable bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking. These reservations cannot be amended or cancelled.
Peak Period bookings (Queensland, NSW & Victoria school holidays and special events) must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
A bond of $500 will be taken at check-in to guarantee incidental charges or damage. The bond will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days of departure, subject to inspection.
Payment Options:
- Visa & MasterCard: 1.5% surcharge
- American Express: 3.5% surcharge
- EFT payments accepted – funds must be received 7 days prior to the due date
Cancellation Policy
Peak Periods
All bookings must be paid 30 days in advance. Cancellations or changes are not permitted within 30 days of arrival.
(These include all QLD, NSW and Victoria School Holidays and Special Events)
All bookings must be paid 30 days in advance. No changes or cancelations permitted for any dates of the reservation that fall within the 30 days of arrival.
General (Non-Peak Periods)
Bookings may be cancelled or amended up to 15 days prior to arrival without penalty.
Within 14 days of arrival, cancellations, amendments, and no-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
We recommend travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, illness, or COVID-related interruptions.
Group Bookings
Group bookings of 10 or more guests are not permitted via the Kirra Point Holiday Apartments website. The property reserves the right to cancel group bookings made online.

Behaviour & Noise Policy
Kirra Point Holiday Apartments is located within a residential building. Please respect our neighbours and fellow guests by keeping noise to a minimum and observing quiet time after 9:00 PM.
Kirra Point maintains a strict No Party Policy.
Unreasonable noise or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Guests may be asked to vacate the property immediately with no refund
- A $200 disturbance fee may apply to cover management or security call-outs
- Police or security may be contacted in cases of anti-social behaviour
Schoolies bookings are not accepted. No refunds are provided for early departures.
Damage, Cleaning & Liability
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the apartment or its contents during their stay.
A minimum cleaning fee of $200 may apply for excessively soiled apartments or evidence of smoking, vaping, or candle use.
Kirra Point Holiday Apartments accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property, vehicles, or valuables during your stay. Please ensure doors and windows are locked when the apartment is unattended.
Smoking Policy
Kirra Point is a non-smoking property, including balconies and shared spaces. Smoking, vaping, and the use of candles or open flames are prohibited.
If smoking or vaping is detected:
- A $200 cleaning fee and an additional night's accommodation may be charged
- Any fire brigade call-out costs will be passed on to the guest's account
Thank you for helping us maintain a smoke-free environment.
Pet & Service Animal Policy
Pets are not permitted.
Only service or support animals assisting individuals with disabilities are allowed. Documentation may be requested to verify service or support animal status.
Photography & Media
Professional or commercial photoshoots are not permitted without prior written approval from management. This includes images or videos intended for advertising, social media, or business use.
Force Majeure
Kirra Point Holiday Apartments will not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Privacy
All personal information is collected and managed in accordance with Australian privacy laws and is used solely for the purpose of managing your booking and stay.
Lost Property
Lost property will be held for 60 days. Items can be returned via post at the guest's expense.
Please note that we do not hold food items that are left behind, theses are disposed of at the time of cleaning the room.
