Crisp starched linens hint at the impeccable menu and highly knowledgeable service you can only get from polished career service staff.

An injection of colour in the form of vintage apricot and avocado tones, rich dark timber and lush green planters peppers the aesthetic to add a little playfulness.

Small plates of Baja fish tacos, miso cauliflower and tempura oysters are a delicious prelude to generous plates of ricotta gnocchi, prawn and bug meat risotto or chargrilled chicken.

Finish off a momentous dinner with a buttermilk panna cotta, espresso crème brûlée or liquid finale - the Naughty Thoughts Espresso Martini.
