What are Reception Hours?
What time is Check-in and Check-out?
Check-in is available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 10:00 am on the departure date.
Is check-in after office hours available?
Yes, but please inform our reception team of your arrival time so that we can explain the necessary process to ensure a smooth check-in experience for you.
Is linen provided?
Yes, all linen and towels are provided.
What is the frequency of your cleaning services?
We offer a comprehensive service on the third day of a five-night stay and a lighter service on the fifth day of a seven-day stay. Guests can schedule these services according to their preference. Additional services are also available for an extra fee.
Can reception store my luggage?
Reception can store your luggage after you have checked out, allowing you to enjoy the local surrounds. You will still be able to collect your luggage upon your return. However, please be mindful that our reception is only manned between 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday, and 8:00am to 5:00pm on Sunday.
What if I cancel my reservation, will I be charged?
Please refer to your booking confirmation, as our cancellation policy depends on the Peak and Off-peak periods. Our standard cancellation policy requires notice by 2:00 pm, 14 days prior to your arrival date. If the guest does not arrive by 7:00 pm on the arrival date without alerting the hotel, the booking may be released, and the full accommodation will be charged. Any pre-payments (if any) will also be forfeited. Over high demand, special event periods, and group bookings, alternative cancellation policies may apply. The cancellation policy will be communicated during the booking process and can be supplied in a confirmation email when requested.

What is the best way to get here?
We are a 5-minute Uber/Taxi ride from Gold Coast Airport.
Do you have onsite parking?
Yes, each room includes one parking space in our secure onsite car park. Additional spaces are available at a rate of $10 per night. Visitors can utilise the retail space for parking, but please be aware that fees apply after 2 hours.
What are the height restrictions for the car park?
2.2 metres.
Do you have charging stations for EVs?
Yes, we have fast charging stations located on Basement 1 and additional charging stations on Basement 3 of the car park.
Amenities
Do you provide Baby Cots?
Yes, baby cots, highchairs and nappy bins can be hired upon request (additional charges apply).
Do you provide Babysitting?
We have partnered with qualified babysitters whom we can arrange during your stay. Please speak with our staff to arrange.
Are there any dining options available on the premises?
Onsite, you have the choice of dining at Kirra Beach Hotel (great pub meals), Kirra Beach House (Mediterranean-style grazing menu), and Made Café (great coffee, open from 6:00 am).
Policies
Is there a party policy?
There is a strict no-party policy in all apartments at all times. Apartment occupancy is limited to the number allocated on the booking. Group gatherings over this in apartments and recreational spaces are prohibited. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a minimum fine of $1,000 AUD applied to your room account at the discretion of management. This policy is in place to protect the comfort, security and safety of all guests, permanent residents, staff and for the protection of the property.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, we are not a pet-friendly hotel.
Is Smoking/Vaping allowed on the property?
No, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
